Dong bei Mama

Dong bei Mama located at San Francisco Bay area, is an authentic Northeastern Chinese restaurant.  The generous owner of the restaurant was born in northeast China.  All cuisine here are set at a reasonable price, the chef also frequently provide some secrete cuisine for customers, just like a Chinese mom cooked a delicious dish then treats everyone.

位於舊金山灣區的鄉巴佬,是一家地道的東北菜館。英文店名Dongbei Mama,單從店名就讓人覺得溫暖,老闆出生在中國的東北,有著外向和慷慨的個性。為了讓顧客在這裡找到家的感覺,所有菜餚價格都非常合理,而且老闆會經常為顧客提供一些秘密菜餚。就像是隔壁鄰居的東北媽媽隨手燒上一手好菜,親切招待大家。

Northeastern Cuisines

The characteristics of Northeastern cuisine is large in quantity. Northeastern cuisine combines some of the features of other Chinese cuisines, with a slightly spicy taste. Traditional pickled Chinese cabbage is also an indispensable dish on the northeastern table in the winter.

東北菜的特點是量大,用料廣泛。以火候足而滋味濃郁的各式燉菜聞名。東北菜融合了中國其他菜系的一些特點,醃製的酸菜也是東北人桌上少不了的一道菜。
