東北經典特色「酸菜」,富含維生素C,氨基酸,膳食纖維和其他營養成分,開胃健康,潤腸通便。本店酸菜由老闆親手醃製,味美獨特,健康衛生。

A classic element in Northeastern dishes is an appetizing sauerkraut (pickled cabbage), which is rich in vitamin C, fibers, and other nutrients. The restaurant owner marinates all the pickled cabbage by hand, so it is healthy and delicious.

 

Noodles

「南食米,北食麵」,北方麵食樣數多,老壇酸菜牛肉面,雞蛋西紅柿打滷麵,紅燒牛腩面……更有女生最愛:麻辣燙,酸菜粉等麻辣系列,辣而不燥,麻而不苦,吃後回味無窮,流連忘返。其中的過橋米線有原味或辣味, 入口Q彈,味道獨特,深受東西方人的喜愛,是三份之一的客人每次的首選。

Among them, a special rice noodle can be enjoyed with or without spice. One third of guests choose this dish for its unique flavor and it is popular among guests from both East and West.
